Meditation for Focus and Clarity
This is known as the Ganesha meditation. It removes negative thoughts and bring focus and clarity and it’s very quick.
Mudra: The left thumb and little finger extend out from the hand. The other fingers are curled into a fist. The tip of the left thumb presses on the third eye between the eye brows. The right hand grasps the little finger of the left hand (creating a trunk!). Raise the elbows until the arms are parallel to the floor.
Push your left thumb in until it feels a little painful. If you do this regularly the soreness will reduce.
Hold for three minutes, breathing long and deep and observing your thoughts.
