If you're new to me and are interested in working one to one, please book a free initial consultation so we can talk about where you are, where you want to go and how I can help you. If you're not clear, don't worry we will work it out.

If you can’t afford my sessions I offer a few sessions a month at a concession rate.

I also offer a free healing once a week - find out more and sign up for my healing gift.

Guided Meditation

When I first started meditating I spent a lot of time lost in thought - I got some great thinking done! A guided meditation is useful to help bring you back to the present moment. To the sensory experience and how it is manifesting. You can download my guided meditations below, including some free ones.

Quotes and Poems

One of my favourite ways of switching how I feel is from reading quotes and poems. They completely change my perspective. You can try a mindful reading practise if you like. Take a couple of breaths to feel into the body and however it is. Then see if you can feel the body whilst reading. Or tune back into the body after reading the quote to see what you notice!
