Heavenly Prayer of Light Meditation

A lovely meditation to do to connect to yourself and feel filled with, supported and surrounded by peace, love and light.

If you have a difficult emotion or thought, you can chant this mantra to the emotion or thought - “peace before you” etc.

The mantra:

Peace before me                     Love before me Light before me      

Peace behind me                    Love behind me Light behind me

Peace at my left                      Love at my left Light at my left

Peace at my right                    Love at my right Light at my right
